What we do
Investment management and private equity activities through the acquisition of companies. After acquiring a business, we take over its operations and enhance every core function — management, R&D, sales, capital strategy, internal controls, accounting, administration, finance, legal affairs, HR, IT, marketing, and international strategy — to maximize and optimize the company’s existing capabilities. Some of our portfolio companies aim to become publicly listed enterprises.
Our activities also include venture capital management, real estate investment and management, and comprehensive management support services.

Our founder began his involvement in business management as early as his first year of high school, when he unexpectedly had to take on responsibilities within a long‑established affiliated company that had been managed by his father. His extensive experience across various businesses has become the driving force behind his ability to open new paths and create value in the business world.
Leveraging this expertise and experience — along with the talented personnel, resources, and long‑established network of our distinguished affiliated company — we are committed to developing the important businesses entrusted to us and guiding them toward becoming publicly listed companies.
